Executive board
The Executive Board is an executive and operational body. It consists of a maximum of nine members - the Parliament elects a maximum of eight members of the Executive Board upon the proposal of the President of the Federation, and one member upon the proposal of the Student Union of the University of Zagreb.

Parliament
The Parliament is the highest governing body of the Federation. The Parliament is made up of one representative of each associated member of the Federation. The regular session of the Parliament is held at least once a year, while the election session is held every four years.

Disciplinary Commission
The Disciplinary Commission decides on the disciplinary liability of members and athletes. It carries out the disciplinary procedure, composed of three members who are elected and recalled by the Parliament.
